Socket Error on Zmud

I just upgraded my ZMUD on my XP PC and am now getting

"Socket Error 10061"
"Connection Refused"

How do I go about fixing that? I know I am not behind a proxy or firewall. I can use basic telnet or even Mushclient just fine to MUD.

You getting that error from zMud or from?
Could it be a firewall setting not liking the changed file?
Could it be a network card driver or similar that needs updating?

It was from Zmud itself. I figured this one out. My zonealarm firewall was corrupted. I uninstalled it and reinstalled, rebooted and zmud came up fine. Problem resolved. :)
