Windows w/ variable names in them

Can I make a new window with variable names? For instance, if I am editting an object (vnum 1392) as an immortal, can I create a new window named object1392? or object1392flags?

Nope, not possible. You can maybe use a variable containing the window name to open the window with (#WINDOW @WindowName), but once opened you cannot change the window name. Also, the settings file for that window MUST be the same as the window name so any triggers/aliases/etc you wanted to include in the window's settings file won't be easily transferrable.

Are you looking to move the editor to its own window (so it's not cluttering up your playing window) or are you looking for some sort of status window where you can keep the item info so it doesn't go scrolling out of your view?
