How do you have a trigger call an alias? I know you can call variables like @var but how do you call an alias?

Trigger for when spell points are below 'x'?
What i basically want to do is setup a beep for whenever my spell points are displayed below 70.
The text looks as follows:
SP: [487/517]
so for example
SP: [47/517]
results in #beep.
