i actually get such a bad freeze up... i can do nothing... can't close the program, can't bring up the task manager... nothing
i have to totally shut down my laptop to fix the problem

i can't get cmud to connect to my favorite mud

i just connected to the mud in question with zmud...

i deleted everything, even the directory that doesn't delete whe ...

on the mud that i play... in the note editor you need to use the "." to edit things

ie ".s" is the show string so far command
".d" is the delete command

i can not disable the "." so i can u ...

i am using cMUD version 1.05.. and have tried everything

ok... i had, and still have... a list of problem with cmud

first: i can't create new sessions... period

second: sometimes %1 works for me... sometimes it don't

third: i can't create new alia ...

so after doing some thumbing thru the forums...

i found i need a $target

so i made the alias read

#alias locate {sing 'location' $target}

and it worked... and i logged off, closed cmud ...

so i imported my settings file from zmud...

and all of my aliases that require targets just aren't working...

for instance:
locate aliases "sing 'location'" (its a bard... deal with it)

in z ...

i noticed that if you hit "shift-enter" in the command line input window... it makes it so you can't see what you are typing... the window doesn't resize... and it never resets... the only fix i found ...
