Assign the command string to the global shortcut aliasname. Variables in string are expanded when the GALIAS command is executed. To delay expansion of variables, use two variable characters.
Global aliases exist for all character windows. When an alias name is entered into the command line, zMUD first checks to see if the alias name exists in the local settings for the character. If not, then zMUD searches the global settings. If a global alias is found, then it is executed.
If GALIAS is used with no parameters, all global aliases are listed to the output window. If GALIAS is given a single parameter, the definition of aliasname will be displayed.
See the ALIAS command for more detailed information and examples.
