Generating room files from a map

Ok, this is a rather big one, I'm afraid...

I'm working as a coder on an LPMud, and lazy as I am, I'd like to use the great automapper to do the cumbersome work of generating room files, with exit code and everything...

I'd like it to use a template file http://peeweesweden.dyndns.org/example_template.c to generate complete files for me, as in http://peeweesweden.dyndns.org/example_room.c

The dream script generates code to create all the necessary lines of code in each room, using the information in the room properties.

I have included a complete example in http://peeweesweden.dyndns.org/example_room_complete.c as well.

Can it be done?

The short answer is yes you can do it.

There are many functions (AutoMapper functions) that you could tie into then you could push all that information to a flat text file.

Its a load of work to fully automate.

In the past I have mainly done such work in
text files (*hug* spell checker) then had aliases to format and output it; as I find such work to be very iterative.
