Missing window

I feel really stupid about asking this but it is driving me crazy. I don't know how I did it buy I made my game window disappear and can't get it back. The tabs are there for file, edit, view... etc. The status bar for the game I play is there, then the input window underneath that but no game window. Re-sizing doesn't work and I have tried fixing it with the windows layout but can't figure it out. When open Zmud it is connecting to the site, I just can't see anything.

Try clicking on prefs and under General, turn on MUD Output.
