Trigger to capture a line with a semicolon

I have a simple trigger. Motto: &CMOTTO It captures everything fine, BUT one clan has this motto.... Motto: I cannot save you; I can't even save myself. So just save yourself
And all it captures is I cannot save
I have tried using &CMOTTO, (*), (%w), and alot of other stuff. Granted, I could make a trigger JUST for this clan, but if others down the road have a semicolon I will be in same dilly of a pickle.
Any ways around it?
