Help needed on new features

I've upgraded to 6.36b and now i've got a lot of stuff like scripting etc.... but no help comes with installation... where could i get it?

You could start by applying for the Beta Forum and asking there. (This Forum ist for public versions)
Apart from that, most of the new features are documented, as far as I know.

Try the beta forum. First complete the Application form. Then go to the zMUD Beta Forum.
By the way, unless 6.36b is drastically different from its predecessors, it has a Help menu right up at the top, at the opposite end from the File menu. Not surprisingly, it provides immediate access to the help that DOES come with installation.

Yes, but none of the help seems to have been updated since before 6.20. Online help is the way to go I think.
