First post here, hope this is the right forum for this, but here goes.

I'd really love to create a set of triggers/aliases etc that accomplishes the following:

Basically act as a simplified blackjack dealer for some mud gambling.

An alias clears variables and 'resets' the game.

It triggers on someone handing you money, creating a variable and dealing cards to them with another variable keeping track of the cards.

Triggers on someone saying 'hit me' or 'stay' and deals a card accordingly.

Ideally an alias would put on the screen the names of the player, the cards they have, their status (open or held) and their bet would be great too.

I dunno if something like this exists? or if theres a site with triggers and things that people have already made up?

I was originally thinking about something a lot more automated but in hindsight this is mostly manual but thats ok too.

Any help would be appreciated!

This will probably be a very complex script. In addition to planning and writing a suitable script, you can look forward to hours of testing and debugging. It should be a lot of fun for you. If you run into particular problems that you can't solve, we'll be glad to help.

I'm sure there are similar scripts in existence, but most people who have invested the time and effort to put together a good one aren't willing to give it away for free. They prefer to get the gold for themselves. You'll probably feel the same way when you finish yours.

I seem to recall helping someone with part of a black jack script a few months ago, you might want to search the forum and see what is around.
