Hidden message window |
Hi,
I use #Mess to remind me of events and info, but there are times when my message window does not appear. If I resize zmud and move it I can always find the message screen in the background, hidden by the main zmud screen. When I shut zmud down and restart my message screens popup fine for a while, but the problem always comes back.
I am using the beta version of zmud, but was not able to log in to the forum, and I am not sure this is a beta problem anyhow.
any ideas would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance

Wow another command I have never "seen" or "used".
A work around would be a dedicated window for such things.
#TRIGGER {^(You are starving.)$} {:Status:%time(hh:nn) - %1}
Assumes that you have a window named status. (Easily created with a #CAP Status)

Thanks for the advice Ton, I will give your second window idea a try. At the very least I suppose I could also just convert all my #Mess commands to #Echo.
