zMUD captures the MUD prompt repeatedly

zMUD knows the opening symbol for the MUD prompt, then decides automatically what variables to load/update on each prompt. hp, mn, and mv, for instance. Except that it repeats this process every time it sees the prompt, I think. So when I open the prompt dialogue, it says:

Starting string: "<"

Variables to capture:

hp
mn
mv
hp
mn
mv
hp
mn
mv
hp
mn
mv
hp
mn
mv
hp
mn
mv
hp
mn
mv
hp
mn
mv
hp
mn
mv
...ad infinitum.
You get the idea. Probably a simple answer, but I can't find it. What do I do?

So, how did you set this up? Did you use the #SETPROMPT command? If so, how exactly did you issue this command? If not, have you tried using it? If all else files, you can always create your own trigger to match the prompt and capture whatever you need.
