Port Forwarding?

I am still unable to connect to my favorite mud from work because port 5555 is blocked by the firewall. Port 23 still remains unchecked so what I need now is a way to connect to a host using port 23 then I need for that host to act as a mediator between me and my mud...Does anyone know how to do this or if there is a service like it?

Thanks,
Eric.
