Purchase Issue/No Emails |
I purchased CMUD this last weekend after my trial expired and I have yet to receive an email or see a KEY show up in my purchase history (only my zmud purchases from a LONG time ago show up). I also contacted the contact us email and have received no response. Is there something I am possibly missing?

If you are contacting them from a Hotmail account, there well could be an issue.
If so, try reaching out to support with an alternate email. |

My zuggsoft account and paypal account emails are both the same yahoo email I've had since my original purchases of zmud. Hopefully this can be resolved.

I purchased cmud on 20-oct-2018 and still have not received any communication via email or license key through the online store.
I completed my purchase and all communications with the same email that I have used with Zuggsoft since 2002.
Order shows as paid in my paypal account.
Going on 5 days and still no license is unacceptable.
Is there anyone available that can assist with this? |
