CMUD registration code problem
 
Hello all,
I'm having trouble getting my registration code for CMUD. I suspect I know why, but that doesn't help me fix it...

I made my purchase (using Paypal) and did not receive my registration code via email. I have tried using the 'recover password' feature in the software store - it recognizes my email address and says it has sent an email with account information, but I don't receive it.

I'm fairly certain the problem arises because I'm using a personal .us domain with an email alias to a gmail account (i.e. my registered email is myname@mydomain.us which get redirected to a gmail account).
I also tried using myname@mydomain.us to register for the forums here and also did not get my confirmation email (re-registered with my gmail account).

I've tried sending email to support@zuggsoft.com as well as using the online contact form and have gotten no response.

One solution (and what I'll do in a couple days if nothing else works) is to simply contact Paypal and reverse the transaction, then re-try using my gmail address.
I hesitate to do this as I don't know if it causes problems for the merchant when a transaction is disputed, so I'd like to get it solved without involving Paypal.

Send a PM to Chiara, she usually handles all the account recovery stuff.
Don't give up on CMUD yet, it's still a good product.

Well looks like you are not the only 1 with such problems.
4 days ago i bought cmud, got key not working. Today i asked for a new key, got different key same problem.

Did send 3 emails to support no answer.
Have few days of trial remaining, if i don't get code working i will have no choice to ask paypal to return the money.

Not sure why nobody is responding to my emails.

It looks like there was some trouble with Paypal sending the automated trigger to our server that the purchase was complete. I've had to fix several that didn't finish properly. All the keys should have been sent out now, and with proper records in the database, the keys should work now.
