CMUD Registration Key

My computer keeps overheating and crashing [separate issue]

After it crashes and my computer reboots cmud says my trial period has expired. This has happened 3 times now, Any solutions to this?

Thank you.

Make sure your time and date settings are correct.
The best solution to an expired trial period is purchasing a registration key.
I believe that a fresh install of your OS will work as well, though that seems rather extreme.

Well that's the problem i have purchased it and entered the key. I don't know why it reverts to trial period?

Nor do I, but its rather easy to get around.
Just log in to the store portion of this website, look at your order history and request a new product key from that.
You will get a new email with a fresh time-sensitive key.

Copy all, but that key is only valid for 7 days. And there is a limit to how many you can request in a certain period. So 15 days after i received it the first time, it crashed again and reset to trial version so i had to email support@zuggsoft.com in an email to request it because the website would not give me one. Now I've had to email like 3 times so maybe there's a way not to revert to trial version? I received a new key so its fixed but just painful. Thank you for the responses though.

If your OS keeps crashing like that, you might need a proper reformat, else this will likely be a reoccurring issue.

You could try a system restore to before you started the trial and then relicence a fresh install. If it still keeps crashing then it cannot be the software itself.
