error opening pcre810.dll

I get this error on cmud startup that the pcre810 dll cannot be loaded. I have tried restarting the machine many times.
Running windows 10 and I am unsure if an update has caused this or not |

I think I have got that sometimes when I try to open up CMUD to fast after booting.
Usually just restarting CMUD is enough.
If the issue persists, you could try reinstalling CMUD. |
