custom ATCP packages

I am completely new to CMUD and ATCP. I have read as much as I can regarding CMUD support for ATCP.I believe they support char.vitals, etc, and negotiate these variables upon connection of CMUD.
Is there a way to request, via the report command, a custom named package from a certain mud, as certain muds do not all use the same package names?
