Zmud stopping me from inputting commands

I recently got a new comp and loaded up my old system and zmud on it for achaea. It seems like whenever I go under any heavy load I have this issue where I can see everything happening in the world but the client prevents me from inputting commands entirely. This includes manually inputting, aliased commands, macro'ed commands, and triggered commands. I literally can't do anything when this happens and I just have to X out of the game and reload the client.

Any ideas?

Also, I'm on windows 7.

The problem likely stems from the fact that zMUD is not supported on any machine from XP onwards, you should be using the CMUD client.

Try making a new zmud character. You might have a supremely large, giant trigger somewhere. (especially look in the pattern matching section)
Try turning off triggers and see if you still have this problem. You can turn them off using #IG.
I assume heavy load = lots of text or lots of scripts working.

From what I understand, this is very similar to a problem I once had. I had a very very large amount of text in the pattern section for one of my triggers. (that did nothing btw - nothing to execute)

I also use Zmud on windows 7. You might cMUD, though.

Oh, and if the culprit is in a class (other than none) you can also try turning all but one class off, until you find the class with the culprit.
