I reproduced this after trying to reproduce a different type of minor problem with my real package ... where the floating main toolbar is hidden on start ... once you open/close the package editor it shows up

Here is something different I was able to reproduce (looks like it only happens once when you initially set the layout):

restart cmud fresh...
new blank session
click on map button, opening mapper
drag mapper so it is a floating window (not docked)
drag file toolbar so it is also floating
right click on the "Sessions" bar (main toolbar) and click "main toolbar" option to hide that toolbar

at this point it is a blank session with just file toolbar and the mapper both floating...

next,
View>All settings
new=>Window (name it Test)
save, close package editor
drag new "Test" window so it is docked at the bottom
layout->Save session layout

file->close window

*cmud error*, top of call stack...
pList.Find
TMapLoc.RemoveSession

(I hope it might resolve the other problem that I couldn't reproduce)
