v3.19 Alpha release

OK, I've uploaded the first Alpha version of 3.19. Like with the first 3.18 version, this is an alpha because so many low-level changes have been made.

It is VERY IMPORTANT that you MAKE A BACKUP of your package files before using this version in case is completely screws up your scripts.

I'd like beta testers to go back and test everything again that they tested with the 3.18 versions. It's possible that some bugs fixed in later 3.18 updates might be broken again in 3.19.

In particular, pay attention to whether your variables are getting properly saved and loaded in your session. That's were the majority of the low-level changes were applied.

I'll keep an eye on the forums and produce quick updates as needed just like I did last week with 3.18. As with 3.18, the quicker we can work through any new bugs, the quicker I can get back to the Public Version release.

For now, just use these download links. I'll update the Download page in another day or so when I convert this to a real Beta version.

CMUD: http://www.zuggsoft.com/files/cmud319_setup.exe
CMUDPro: http://www.zuggsoft.com/files/cmudpro319_setup.exe

I hope this is finally starting to work better! Thanks for your help and patience with this. Hopefully all of the speed improvements will be worth the trouble.

Have you thought about changing the main download link for the cmud beta back to 3.17? I don't think there's any reason for people to be using 3.18d now. It's really not any more usable than the 3.19 alpha.

Well, it's not like we have a ton of beta testers or people getting that link. I'd rather worry about getting 3.19 ready.
