Help with command line, bug with editor |
Alright, first off I'm stating theres a bug with the editor, and I can't close tabs.
Secondly, I'm wanting to have all my special characters, (~, !, %, #) enabled in preferences, but I don't want them to parse on the prompt as the game I play utilizes them. Is there a way to have them enabled but have the prompt send only plain text that isn't formatted in any way? Even if I typed #VAR into it or something, it would send the actual text even though # is enabled for commands and it is a valid command.
Note: Found the PARSE toggle. but the bug still remains. |

What bug with the editor? I'm able to close tabs. You need to also post the version you're using, because if you're using the public version, it may be a bug that has been fixed in the beta version.
As for PARSE toggle, you can simply start each line with ` to parse the entire line (you only need to use it when you use the special characters).

You can also use the Ctrl-R shortcut to toggle command line parsing off and on.
Don't see any bug with closing tabs here. Remember that you cannot close the tab for your main session window. Right-click on a tab and select Close. When you close a window, the window is *not* deleted. This is by design. To actually delete a window, go into the Package Editor and manually delete the window you don't want. |
