Can't log in?

Ok this has been making me angry. I cannot log in to Achaea. When the Sessions window pops up, I double click on Achaea to connect. Normally, it works. Recently, however, every time I try to connect, instead of prompting me to type in my username, the middle of the screen (the text area) goes white. Then right above my command line, another line comes up, where it looks like a gray loading bar is traveling across it. After a few seconds of hanging like this it freezes. Can someone please help me with this? I'm using Vista and Cmud says it is version 2.37.

Sorry. I was looking through other posts and found when I held shift while pressing connect it worked.
