Alarm Question.

Okay so, here's what I need.
I want my alarm to fire when a new hour begins, then at 10 minutes, 20 minutes ect ect.
This is based on real time, not connection time or alarm time.
So far the only thing that i can think of would be 0:00.
But it doesn't work.
Any help guys and girls?

The interval would be in time format:
{10|20|30|40|50|00}:00
#ALARM helpfile should have more information about this. |
