Commands being echoed without being sent

Hi, zmud owner here, evaluating cmud for about a week now. I've been having quite a few problems trying to transition or getting cmud working the way I'd like.

The latest quirk I've been having is that cmud will echo a non-commandline command (eg. from a room's exit with an alternate command defined) but it doesn't actually send the command to the mud. If I make an alias, the command will fire that alias. What could be causing this issue?

EDIT: I've been able to find custom exits that send the command and some that don't. I can't seen any difference between them.

EDIT: To clarify - when I say a command is being echoed, it appears in the window as the 'information message' color, and the mud doesn't respond.

EDIT: Another example... I have an alias that walks me to a point in a map, executes some commands, then returns to my original location. If I execute this alias from the command line, all commands execute properly, even custom exits that are only echoing when I use the keypad to move around. If I execute this alias from a macro key, none of the directions are being sent as commands, just echoing to the screen.

EDIT: It seems to be a problem with macros perhaps. I've been able to fix the problem by deleting and recreating offending macros, but I have no idea what's causing it (working macros seem no different than broken ones).

You would need to post your Macro code here for us to look at. Check to make sure the "Send to MUD" option for each macro is selected.

Next time I find one I'll do that.

At the time I was messing around with copy/pasting commands, either from converted zmud packages, or other cmud packages, so I don't know if that gives any insights as to what's going on. As long as I have a solution for 'fixing' things, I'm fine with it.
