Registration key Help

Hi, I bought zmud awhile ago and trying to get my registration key back. I did the account recovery thing and it's not sending anything to my email. It's a yahoo email, anyone know why it's not working?

Yahoo is notorious for blocking legitimate email like this. Put zuggsoft.com into your White List and check your spam folders. If you have an alternate email address you can email us at support@zuggsoft.com and we can change your email address in our database.

I am in the same boat (ZMud 7.21) - it doesnt seem to recognize any of my email addresses, will email support.
