Zugg Software :: View topic - lost folders/can't install zmud on new comp

I have zmud 6.16 on my old comp
i keep getting folders deleted when i log out of my mud
i keep getting extra blank characters added to the list of characters
i keep getting a new character (same as the one i just logged off) added to character list

can i go to the zmud folder, and change the name of the .mud file?
ex: zmud/epoch/kurapiira/epoch.mud .. to
.....zmud/epoch/kurapiira/kura.mud

I got the new Zmud and tried to use my license on my new comp, but it won't accept it.
this license just worked to renew my license on my old comp..is this because
i have 6.16 on old...and 7.? on the new one?

i got cmud, but will not use it as it is too confusing , tho it seems very powerful

The licensing scheme has changed for zMUD 7.21so you would need to log in to the Zuggsoft store with your original credential and request a new license key.

As for CMUD, you're right it is powerful (personally i wouldn't go back) and I find it much easier to use as well. What exactly did you find confusing? Did you try reading CMUD Changes for zMUD users
