How set room border color and width ?

Currently I have trigger to set %roomcolor to gray if the room is no hide... but is there any way to make the trigger to change room border to certain color and width instead of going manually trough room properties ?

Yes... you would need either zMapper or CMUD Pro which includes the zMapper.

The width is one of the properties on the zMUDRoom object. You can also use zMapper to define a custom room type (i.e. one with a border) and then set the %roomkind to match the ID of your room with a border. To do a custom room you will need zMapper.

Also, the room border color/width properties were added to the Room Properties dialog in the 3.x Beta version of CMUD. zMapper/CMUDPro is no longer needed for that feature in the beta version unless you need the scripting interface that Tech mentioned, which still requires CMUDPro.

Hmm.. So even with zMapper/CMUDPro, you would need to create a custom room type for the border settings you want.. And would need a new type for each combination of border size/colour you wanted?
A %bordercol/%bordersize type thing would seem simpler and more versatile..

They certainly would, and are very likely forthcoming; they are just not available right now. The main thrust of the 3.x BETA line is a complete Mapper redesign/rewrite to make it more functional, flexible and robust. I do suspect however that these functions will require CMUD Pro or cMapper. The funcitonality to programmatically define new room types will be coming soon as well. You should read Zugg's New Year's Letter for more insight in to the long term plans.
