Capture previous line

Is there a way of capturing the previous line with a trigger? My problem is that the previous line does not have any noticable pattern that I can trigger to.

May be you're looking for the %line, %line1 and %line2 predefined variables? predef

I believe you can also use the #CAPTURE command with arguments. Negative numbers equate to prior lines, I believe, while positive numbers are for upcoming lines.
