[2.36] Package Library

I just went to the package library and clicked on "Get Latest from Library" and most of the packages are empty.
I know that I had two package uploaded myself and they don't even show up if I try to sort by author because my name isn't even there.

Was there an adjustment to the package library which broke it?

This works just fine for me and I even spotted one script of yours when I scrolled through fast.

In your "packages" folder, remove the file pkgcache.db to force a full reload.

Or you can just use the 'Get All From Library' option. If I recall correctly, "Get Latest from Library" only get the latest version of the packages already in your library list. If you did on a clean install you will see the behavior you described.

Removing the pkgcache.db did the job. Thanks
