Question about automapper follow mode

In my map, there are always many rooms with same room names and same first line of description(for some rooms,even the full paragraph of the description), so when I use #walk, sometimes automapper cant decide the current position by itself. I tried to use #find, but it didnt work either.
Is there any way to differentiate those "similar rooms"?

Give the room an IDName, which is a shortname or nickname. Use the %roomid function for this.
