Great customer care |
Thanks for the great customer care, the refund option is very good when you accidentally buy something and want another one :)
Just write this to thank Zuggsoft for how good they solved my problem with a buy, and to say how happy I am with my brand new Cmud Pro :)
The only question I got is what will happen when my 2 years of free upgrades finishes, (I will probably buy again) but, will I still be able to download new packages from the library?
Thanks again. |

agree with the support. I am clueless and have been getting a ton of help making sure I can actually use this product, and so far once it is pointed out what I am doing wrong, I apply the fixes provided, and things go smooth as glass.

Yes, you will be able to download from the library because you will have a registered copy; and that's the only required to download from the package library. At least that's my understanding of it. Zugg will correct me if I'm wrong.

Tech is correct, you'll always still be able to use the package library. The only issue I could foresee is that if you didn't upgrade to the latest version after a couple of years, then you might find some newer packages in the library that use new feature that your old version doesn't have.
But your current version will continue to work forever, and you'll still be able to retrieve your license keys for it, even if you never upgrade after your 2-year period. |
