[2.27] PE doesn't restore on CTRL-G (minor)

Procedure
1. Launch CMud
2. Close Sessions Window (ESC)
3. Open Package Editor (CTRL-G)
4. Minimize PE
5. Press CTRL-G to switch back to PE |
