Can't seem to map the cardinal directions to the keypad keys

Hey all,

This is what I'm trying to do - I use 8 4 6 2 9 3 for n w e s up down, along with 7 and the numlock button for where and who pk respectively. With zMud, this worked flawlessly. But for the life of me, I cannot get this to work in cMud at all. Can someone give me a heads up on how/where to make the changes? I've gone into the directions part of the program, but it doesn't matter which "package" i'm in, none of them will work.

What I've done in the past(and even yesterday when I set up cmud after puchasing it), was CTRL-K, and then press 9, type ne, save it. done.

You can also use #key, but I've never tested that.

This should already be set (and easily overrideable). Type Ctrl-G to bring up the Package Editor, go to View -> Default Packages, and make you have the English KeyPad package (it's usually enabled by default. You can also check to see what values are specified there.

The point, Tech, is that he wants custom keypad macros. In that case, I'd actually recommend disabling the english keypad package to make sure there're no conflicts with his own macros.
