hmm, I go to buy it and at first it said I was going to get it for $9.95 and the zmapper as well totaling $29.90 put the credit card info in it was declined but now it says it is going to cost the regular price, a little frustrated here
think it was declined because of billing info needed to be updated to match the card but the price difference kinda got me miffed, please sort it out

I had the same problem. E-mail Zugg (via support@zuggsoft.com) and he should be able to take care of it. The problem is that if your credit card is declined for some reason (mine was because I forgot to put in the correct expiration date), the cart software doesn't realize this and it thinks you already got the discount.

Indeed - you're only eligible for the discount once, and the software thinks you already got it. Similar thing happened to me with eligibility for an offer (forget why now, it was ages ago) and it was sorted very quickly. There's also an online form.
