seems I made a purchase error was trying to buy zmapper was sure that is what I clicked on ended up with zexplorer instead, oy! anyway could you just send me the license key for that instead i really cant use zexplorer for anything thanks! I am such a putz! |

Zugg doesn't respond to billing/license info sort of posts on the forums, you'll need to send off an email to either sales@zuggsoft.com or support@zuggsoft.com. The predicted sequence will probably have him simply issuing a refund and having you purchase the correct product, but he or Chiara will have more details on that for you.
