[2.18] Map function is not creating new rooms in a [1.34] created map

It seems that CMUD version 2.18 does not auto create a new room while walking in a map created previously by with 1.34. Sad And yes, I have a "Map" function turned on in order to auto create new rooms.

Hopefully, I haven't posted this in error by not re-reading the known errors/changes section of v2.18. If so, I apologize. Embarassed

That padlock button at the top of the map mode toolbar, is it in the unlocked or locked position? If the padlock is closed (locked), then you will be unable to create new rooms even though you are in map mode.

Besides the padlock option there is the possibility that you need to reconfigure you map before it will work properly.

Also, if you use ANSI color triggers to TAG your room name etc then you may need to make sure that these triggers are still firing. You may need to recreate them if they are not. Then reconfigure your map again.
