Need lots of testing on v2.04! |
OK, unless there is some real critical problem that prevents people from using v2.04, I'm done with it for the weekend. I'll let people play with it over the weekend and report bugs so that I can continue working on bug fixes next week.
Hopefully this 2.04 version is better enough from 2.03 to let people actually play MUDs with it. I need as much testing on this version as you can do. I'll also be testing it myself more online next week.
Thanks for the beta testing help! |

People, we are almost halfway through the weekend and only have 1/4 of a screen of bug reports on the forum. We can do better, I want to see a full screen of [2.04]* topics before the weekend is out.

Hey, I'm doing my best... but most of my posts are going to one thread! *sniff*

I think alot of the trigger bugs are the ones that are throwing me off. I've seen the screen update one's to but I think there's another thread on that already.
I'll redouble my efforts though. |

OK, well, thanks for following my request and reporting bugs in 2.04! But I'm a bit overwhelmed with all of the posts this morning (Monday), so it will take me a while to get through them all.
Looks like there are some new problems that are serious. I have no idea how triggers suddenly got so screwed up, since I didn't change anything in that part of the code that I am aware of. So this is going to take some careful thinking to figure out what is causing this complete mess.
Thanks for your patience. If I can figure out the problem with triggers, then I'll post a new version as quickly as I can this week. |
