What Did I Change?

Recent mxp has started gagging or blocking certain combat outputs from my mud (Discworld).

I can see the outputs if I disable mxp mudside or within zMud (7.21).

Occasionally I do get some combat outputs and perhaps that offers a clue. These consist of sudden bursts of #C0C0Combat result or event! hitpoint outputs. This is mostly gobblygook usually and appears at no regular interval.

The admin seem to believe I made some sort of change to my client. Any idea what might have been altered if combat outputs are no longer appearing on my end? It may have been something done inadvertently (like a hotkey or something) during drunken stumble as I hadn't actively changed my setup recently and prior to this past weekend mxp had been functioning wonderfully.

Any clues or ideas to try are greatly appreciated. I can go back to ansi but I don't want to.

When you enable the MXP mudside, do you have to do anything special like creating your own tags? You shouldn't have to, so if you didn't specifically use <!element...> then the problem is in fact mudside.

If you created your own tags, then you have to associate them with specific TAG items (these are the items shown under the TAGS tab in MXP preferences) in order for them to work at all. You can do this via the Preferences, so it's possible you checked the Gag lines with this tag option by mistake.
