[1.30] Disabling the fly-out panels

When they are open, click the AutoHide icon in their caption to force them to stick in place. Then they won't auto-hide. Or close the window using the X button in the caption of the panel to get rid of them. CMUD should remember your layout when you load the same session again in the future.
