[1.26]Hiding the Settings, Reference, and Status Windows
 
Is there a way to remove these entirely from the right edge of the screen? That is to say, going a step further than having them auto-hide: I want them to be gone completely. Thanks.

Yes. The easy way is to turn off auto-hide (or undock it) then close the window.

argh, so i did that with the map edditor window that seems to have been added to my session cuz i accidently clicked on the icon, and now my main window is also gone.

You should be able to select your main window using the list at the bottom of the Window menu. You can also click Settings to open the package editor and then click on your window object and make sure the Visible checkbox is enabled. CMUD doesn't remove windows from your session unless you specifically delete them in the package editor. So these windows should just be hidden and not actually gone for good.

worked around, how do i get rid of the map one now? it won't go away always loads up and i don't wnat it.
