[1.22] Wrong scroll animation (minor)

right click on the toolbar space where there is no toolbar, and select customize..
Click the commands tab.
With the scrollbar on the right, where Commands are listed, scroll down using either the mousewheel, or clicking in the area between the down arrow and the current position is. (like a page down action)
It scrolls down, but the movements of the contents of the display box is that of scrolling up. |
