[1.22] doubled default windows in package editor

Open cmud, don't open a session.
Open the package editor.
There are then two windows, one called untitled with the untitled package enabled, the other one has no name whatsoever, and has no packages.
They both indicate that they have a command line, status bar, is visible, and uses the main session..
Seems to be just a display bug with no noticible impact.
Deleting the nameless window just makes it come right back on cmud start or on session close. |

Kanonball, you need to delete all of your CMUD files and reinstall. You've got a seriously screwed up installation from the other bugs you are reporting.
