Button location panel

I can't seem to find it anywhere, so I'll just start a new one.
Is there an option in CMUD, like there was in ZMUD, for a location panel for buttons. Such as can I move my buttons above the command line, or move them to the right side of the screen rather than above the output window? |

You can locate it in preferences panel.The fourth label named button will help you.
