[1.22] minor graphics glitch in command line border

when switching windows from cmud to an internet browser, and back again, there are sometimes remains from the browser window content to be seen in the border of the cmud command line. it seems this only happens if there has been some scrolling in cmud while browsing. the remains usually disappear quickly.
