[1.20] system tray

When I click the little round dot in the upper-right (next to the close, maximize, restore, minimize, etc. buttons), the window minimizes to an icon in the system tray. When I right click on the icon, a menu appears for about a split microsecond--not nearly long enough for me to click any options on it or even read them. Double clicking the icon will restore the window. I am using WinXP Pro.
