[1.19] Package Editor Copy To Context Menu

When I tried to use the context menu in the tree-view to copy some settings in package A to package B, it instead copied the main window object from package A to package B. If I had multiple items selected, it would copy a main window object for each item selected to package B.

I think this is related to the other bug with Copy that was reported. But I've added this to my list.
