[1.18] Settings Created in the wrong place

In previous versions, if you clicked on a class in the package editor, then chose new trigger (from the drop down list at the top of the package editor window), the trigger would be created in that class that you clicked on.

In 1.18 it now creates it in the package root.

Also, 1.18 has introduced a fair amount of copying/moving settings bugs within packages. When i have more specific details on them, ill post em up.

Thanks
Morgal

Ive already reported this Morgal, try to read through the threads to make sure what you have is a fresh one before creating a new thread.

I am glad though, thats its not only me.

Morgal, I'm not able to reproduce your problem. Is it the same as what crycry posted in the other post about different package problems? Or were you having this problem without any other packages.

I typed this on the command line to create a class:

#CLASS NewFolder

then I went into the settings editor, clicked on NewFolder, then selected New/Trigger and it created the trigger in NewFolder just like it should.

Also, while I'm aware of a problem copying folders between packages, and also copying triggers with states created with the #COND command, I am not aware of any other copy/moving bugs. However, because of the bugs in old versions, it's very possible your old package files are messed up. So try doing a clean install and reimport them from your zMUD settings, or recreate your settings that you are having trouble with.
