$ becomes a $$ |
Hey, I just noticed that whenever I submit a $-sign, CMUD (1.15) replaces it with a double $.
So, for example:
Chat Go buy CMUD! Only 15$
becomes a
Chat Go buy CMUD! Only 15$$
It's...a really small thing :)

I was unable to recreate this. Anybody else see this issue?

I looked whether it was a substitute but couldn't find any triggers or anything else that makes use of the $ sign.
edit:
I disabled all my triggers, aliases, packages etc. And still I get the double $ when I type a single $.
Also a double $ when I type ~$. |

What MUD are you connecting to? It might be something different about that MUD, or how it interacts with CMud. Have you tried it on another totally different MUD (with a different codebase)?

I was on wotmud.org. Just tried medievia and didn't have the double $ there, so I guess it might be something with WoTMUD.
Checked with my zmud and that does a double $ too.
Thanks :) |
