[1.13] Saving Colors, Window Properties

I set my default MUD text color to gray instead of green and every time I open CMUD, I have to change the color - it does not save it in the layout.
Also, I have two undocked windows and saving/locking the layout wont restore the "Stay on Top" option for one of them. Nor does it save the un-checking of the "Show Status Bar" option, so I have to uncheck it every time. |

The colour issue has been reported many times and has been around for a number of versions, Zugg has posted in his blog that he was able to come up with a method to reliably reproduce the behaviour and 1.14 will work as expected.
